Rosannah is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and is working to create an impact in early childhood learning in Elkhart County.
Rosannah worked with Horizon Education Alliance (HEA) and community partners in Elkhart County to build a stronger foundation in the early childhood system to inspire a lifelong learning vision.
