enFocus Updates Safety Guidelines, Suspending Office Capacity Limits with 100% of Staff Vaccinated
Since the onset of COVID-19, enFocus has remained committed to protecting the health of our team members and regional partners. We began a limited reopening our offices in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties in the summer and fall of 2020, respectively. In light of the downward trend of regional active COVID cases and 100% of enFocus staff vaccinated either partially or fully, enFocus has again updated their policy.
Effective June 1, both South Bend and Elkhart offices will be fully opened and in-person internal meetings will resume. Meanwhile, in-person interaction with sponsors will remain limited to essential meetings.
Summary guideline are as follows:
· Use of both South Bend Studebaker and Elkhart ETHOS facilities are resuming 100% capacity limits.
· Staff will retain flexibility in work site location and schedule while committing to in office work 2 days per week.
· In-person meetings with current staff, including interns will resume for fully vaccinated individuals. In-person team events will also resume.
· Mask use will be optional for internal work meetings with participant agreement and full vaccination. Mask use will remain in effect in common office areas and is preferred in community building areas through June.
· There will be no restricted areas in either office and frequent sanitation will continue to protect staff.
· Essential face-to-face sponsor meetings will remain permitted with a mutually agreed upon, signed Memorandum of Understanding.
· If asymptomatic, fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to self-isolate upon a COVID-19 exposure event.
