enFocus Updates Safety Guidelines Relaxing Some Internal Restrictions and Expanding In Office Use
Since the onset of COVID-19, enFocus has remained committed to protecting the health of our team members and regional partners. We began a limited reopening our offices in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties in the summer and fall of 2020, respectively. After careful review of case count data, and internal survey of staff reflecting a close to 90% staff vaccination rate, we have updated our policy.
Effective May 1, we will continue to maintain minimal in-person interaction with sponsors, while we begin relaxing internal restrictions and increasing in office use in both locations as follows:
● Use of our South Bend Studebaker facility is permitted and optional for up to 15 persons at one time.
● Use at our Elkhart ETHOS facility is permitted and optional up to 10 persons at one time.
● Select offices areas previously restricted areas will be reopened and frequently sanitized.
● Necessary face-to-face sponsor meetings are permitted with a mutually agreed upon, signed Memorandum of Understanding.
● Fully vaccinated individuals will be held to the same standard of social distancing, masking, and sanitizing, while using the office to protect all staff.
● If asymptomatic, fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to self-isolate upon a COVID-19 exposure event.
