enFocus publishes safety guidelines for office reopening and employee return to work

As office environments in the State of Indiana have begun to reopen, enFocus has committed to reopening our own work environments slowly and safely in the interest of protecting our people and our partners. We began reopening our office in St. Joseph County Monday, June 22nd, under the following guidelines:

·      Office use will be limited to 7 team members per day with use approved upon request. The majority of the enFocus team will continue remote work.

·      In-office employees will be temperature checked upon entry.

·      Team members will practice social distancing in all office spaces.

·      There will be no face-to-face meetings with external stakeholders and we will continue external engagement through online/phone meetings.

We will continue to monitor conditions in Elkhart County to determine the appropriate time to reopen our Elkhart office. Complete guidelines on the new policy can be accessed here. Note these guidelines are anticipated to be in effect until August 2nd, at which time they will be reevaluated. Additional questions regarding enFocus' return to work policy can be directed to Gillian Shaw, enFocus Program Director of Research and Development at g.shaw@en-focus.org.
