Cate Flanley, recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, shares her impact working with Project HOPE (Harmonizing an Opioid Planning Effort). She helped design a strategic plan that addresses opioid prevention, treatment, and recovery service needs in Marshall County. As a result of this planning initiative, Marshall County received grant funding to implement the plan. Play the video below to learn more:
