en-Focus.org highlights robust regional impact and exclusive Fellow stories with a cutting-edge user experience

en-Focus.org is now a multi-audience platform leveraging modern design and visual media for a dynamic experience of the local nonprofit's model, services, and story.

The website redesign and expansion features numerous exclusive Fellow stories, "sponsor" spotlights (case studies), interactive elements communicating an array of innovative services, and more. Visitors can also sign up to receive details about enFocus innovation services and select information about joining the competitive fellowship and internship cohorts.

Organizations will find useful information about enFocus' unique approach: how top-tier Fellow teams solve complex organizational challenges, uncover civic and business opportunities, and partner with organizations for next-level transformation. Testimonials from partners highlight how past enFocus projects have created value and opportunity for regional organizations across public and private sectors.

Founded in 2012, enFocus believes the key to economic development lies in attracting and retaining talented young professionals and matching them to impactful experiences with regional organizations, or "sponsors." While leading and then managing innovation projects with organizations, Fellows also incubate and launch new technologies, startups and social impact initiatives.

To date, enFocus has attracted over 1,000 young professionals to work with community partners on over 250 business, technology, research and commercialization projects. These collaborations not only deliver innovative solutions for local organizations, they inspire young professionals to stay in the region.

Executive director Andrew Wiand encourages community members to visit the site, view Fellow backgrounds and stories, and hear first-hand from the sponsor organizations enFocus has partnered with. Wiand shares "We hope visiting our site will be a first step for community members to learn about our mission and join our efforts to build even stronger communities in our region."
