Kristen Smole Engages her Community to Transform City Parks

The 2021 enFocus Impact Series: Kristen Smole & City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation

Kristen Smole is an Elkhart native with degrees in Sociology and Political Science from Purdue University. While she is pursuing her PhD, Kristen is making an impact on the Northern Indiana region.

In partnership with the City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation, Kristen and the enFocus team are engaging Elkhart residents on the quality of local parks in order to improve the public spaces available to community members.
